100-day limited warranty - repairs
We are specialist in electronics repairs. Therefore we only repair items that we can stand behind with our 100 day warranty against defects in workmanship under normal use. Our repairs are performed by expert technicians at ALPHA MICROSOLDERING in-house repair center. All repaired products are tested and verified to work properly prior to shipment.
This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, liquid damage, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in workmanship.
Per manufacturers specs most smartwatches and fitness trackers are water resistant, but not water proof (see your owners manual). Liquid damage to these devices is not a defect in workmanship and is also excluded from the warranty.
We are not responsible for return shipping on warranty repairs outside of Canada.
Phone / Accessory purchase returns - 30 days
If you aren't thrilled with your purchase, you can return most items for an exchange or your money back, within 30 days of receipt.
We want you to be happy with your purchase therefore we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on any products purchased directly from INFO@ALPHAMICROSOLDERING.COM. The product must be returned to us and you must provide proof of purchase. You have the option to replace the product at no charge, exchange the product with a product that is of equal value or refund the purchase price of the product.
