Data Recovery - Frequently Asked Questions
Will my device work after the data recovery procedure? We cannot guarantee that your device will be operable after the service.
How long is the turnaround time? Approximately four to five weeks.
How will I receive my recovered data? We will ship back a USB flash drive containing the recovered data along with your device. Please refer to "Will my device work after the data recovery procedure?"
Can I send in a non-Apple device for data recovery? At the moment, we are only servicing Apple devices for data recovery.
Is data recovery only for liquid damaged devices? At the moment, data recovery is only for liquid damaged devices.
